Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Human Resources generalist with emphasis in performance development, training, employee relations, and compensation administration
- Experience in business partnership with internal clients to identify business needs and recommend solutions
- Advanced knowledge of the principles and practices of human resource management administration
- Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and changing environment
General Requirements:
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in English, both verbal and written
- Maximum 3 years of experience in the same position
- Bachelor Degree or higher in related educational background
- Ability to adapt in a high pace working environment
- Willing to work hard and learn new things
