Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:
- Setting goals for the work group, developing organizational capability, and modelling team work
- Developing strategic and operational plans for the work group, managing execution, and measuring results
- Providing functional expertise and executing functional responsibilities to support the business
- Providing team member with coaching, feedback, and developmental opportunities and building effective teams
General Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or higher in related educational background
- Minimum 5 years of working experience in budget planning and management, construction management, and facility maintenance management
- Experienced in managing 4 or more technical service subordinate
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent in English, both verbal and written
- Ability to adapt in a high pace working environment
- Willing to work hard and learn new things
