General Requirements:

  • Bachelor Degree or higher in related educational background
  • Minimum 5 years of working experience in budget planning and management, construction management, and facility maintenance management
  • Experienced in managing 4 or more technical service subordinate
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills
  • Excellent in English, both verbal and written
  • Ability to adapt in a high pace working environment
  • Willing to work hard and learn new things
