Real Estate Executive

Responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

• Retail or restaurant new store rollout (Min. 2 years)
• Financial planning and market analysis (Min. 1 years)
• Project management in chain store, retail or commercial brokerage (Min. 1 years)
• Exposure in real estate deal-making and negotiations

General Requirements:

• Good interpersonal and communication skills
• Excellent in English, both verbal and written
• Maximum 2 years of experience in the same position
• Bachelor Degree or higher in related educational background
• Ability to adapt in a high pace working environment
• Willing to work hard and learn new things
